Now serving Denver Metro & Greater Boulder – Colorado Springs & Fort Collins coming soon!
Our story

We're just people who love real food.

No guru vibes. No corporate speak. Just a small team of chefs who get it.

How we started

It started with a simple question.

Back in 2020, we kept hearing the same thing from families around Denver: "We want to eat healthy, but who has the time?"

Meal kits weren't the answer — you still had to cook. Delivery services felt impersonal. Nobody was actually coming to your home and making real food.

So that's what we built. Campfire Culinary Wellness started small — just one chef serving a handful of families. Today we serve 100+ families across Denver Metro and Greater Boulder.

What we believe

Our values aren't a wall poster. They're how we work.

In-home heart

We cook in your kitchen because that's where real food belongs. It's personal, it's warm, and it makes all the difference.

Real ingredients

We don't do processed shortcuts. Fresh vegetables, quality proteins, and honest cooking — every single time.

True customization

Your menu is built around your family — not a template. Picky eaters, allergies, and preferences are always respected.

Genuine relationships

You'll have the same chef every visit. They'll learn what your family loves and build on it over time.

Emily Lamont

Denver

Emily has immersed herself in the world of cuisine since the young age of 10 years old, from experimenting in the kitchen to endless hours watching the Food Network. It was her childhood dream to become a celebrity chef, she even stood in line for 4 hours to meet Emril! Although her path didn’t lead her to the spotlight of the Food Channel, Emily’s love of cooking has only flourished! Now, as a devoted mother to six, a loving wife, and friend, she channels her culinary creativity into crafting nourishing meals that bring joy to those around her. Bringing happiness to people through her food is a true passion of hers.

When Emily is not in the kitchen you can find her behind the camera capturing memories for her photography business, spending quality time with her husband and children, or catching a flight to visit family or experience a new place!

Emily Towell

Denver

Chef Emily is a classically trained chef whose journey has taken her from Napa Valley’s fine-dining kitchens to rustic guest ranches. Now based in the Denver Metro Area, she brings global inspiration and local flavor to every meal, making guests feel at home with dishes that reflect far-off places. With over eight years of leadership in meal prep, she’s led two local services, designing menus for Whole30, Paleo, Vegetarian, and unrestricted diets. Her fine-dining background ensures precision and premium ingredients, while her ranch experience brings flexibility and heart to every dish.

Chef Emily works closely with each client to craft personalized, seasonal meals tailored to their lifestyle and tastes—always balanced, memorable, and nourishing.

Outside the kitchen, she finds inspiration in the outdoors—hiking, biking, and exploring Colorado with her fiancée and two cats. These adventures fuel her creativity and love of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Every dish she creates is more than a meal; it’s a celebration of connection, comfort, and the joy of sharing good food at home.
