Weekly Meal Prep

Here at Campfire Culinary Wellness, we are meal prep specialists! There is nothing we love more than nourishing our clients with healthful, delicious food. We know that cooking takes time and can be daunting. Even if you love it, life gets in the way! No one understands that like we do.

That is why we specialize in our in-home weekly meal prep service. We want to give you time back each day, by preparing nourishing food for you to eat throughout the week. Each of our menus are curated specifically for each client. We are experts in creating menus for dietary restrictions/preferences, allergies, likes and dislikes…you name it, we can do it!

Here’s what weekly meal prep looks like:

  • Menu communication and planning a few days before our visit.

    • We love to hear if there are any recipes you’d like us to cook or try, and we are happy to suggest dishes as well!

  • We create a grocery list and send it to you

    • Either you can grocery shop/order or we can!

  • We come to your home for ~4 hours. We prep, cook and clean anything we used.

    • Countertops and stove will be wiped down. Food will be placed into storage containers and refrigerated if cooled.

  • At the end of our visit you will have a variety of dishes to enjoy throughout the week!

    • Makes about 24-36 servings of food depending on the recipes chosen

  • Weekly meal prep costs $250 which includes all menu ideation, communication, grocery list creation, cooking, cleaning and storing food.

    If we grocery shop for you, we charge a fee of $25 plus the cost of the groceries.

  • Yes, absolutely! We can craft a plan that works best for you. We are happy to come cook once every 2 weeks, 3 weeks or even once per month.

    If this is our plan, usually we suggest choosing freezer friendly meals that we make larger batches of. This way you can save the food for longer and defrost when you’re ready to eat.

  • For weekly meal prep, we cook 4-5 different dishes depending on the menu. These dishes can be breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or dessert.

    For more infrequent meal prep, we do large batches of 3 dishes that are freezer friendly. These dishes can be breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or dessert, as well.
